Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled: The fan in the walk-in cooler is covered with a mold-like substance, and the gaskets inside the reach-in cooler across from the stove, as well as the reach-in freezer next to the stove, are soiled with a slime- and mold-like substance. The operator cleaned the fan and the interior of the coolers. Corrected On-Site

Basic - - From initial inspection : Basic - Dead roaches on premises. - 1 dead roach in bar area on floor to the left of the three compartment sink. - 1 dead roach in room with water heater to the right of the soda bag in the box station in kitchen. Warning - From follow-up inspection 2024-10-02: Observed 1 dead roach underneath ice machine in small storage room off of bar area at time of callback inspection. Operator had employee clean and sanitize area. Time Extended Corrected On-Site

Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed cloth stored in handwash sink at the front counter underneath cookie warming machine. Employee removed. Corrected On-Site
