Observed raw pork over washed and cut vegetables in walk-in cooler and raw chicken stored over vegetables in a container. Operator moved and stored correctly. As a repeat violation the importance of following proper protocol with this violation was reinforced with the operator. Corrected On-Site Repeat Violation

High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb to the left of the three compartment sink above the Wash section of the sink with blue hose hanging inside of rinse section of sink. Discussed in depth with operator. Operator moved hose to hang on top of faucet out of water.
