High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. burger patties (54F - Cold Holding) operator states burgers were taken out of walk in cooler and placed in reach in cooler approximately 1 hour ago. Operator has taken temperatures this morning. Operator voluntarily discarded.
