Intermediate - Incorrect chemical test kit provided for measuring the concentration of the sanitizer solution used in the three-compartment sink and/or dishmachine. At the time of inspection, establishment uses bleach to sanitize, only has quatanery ammonium test strips.

Basic - Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Pipe leaking under triple sink during inspection. Checked exterior of vehicle and it is not draining or leaking underneath unit.
