High Priority - Employee switched from working with raw food to ready-to-eat food without washing hands. Observed cook grab raw chicken to place on flat top grill and proceeded to pull rice out of microwave and use gloved hand to push rice in steamer well. Immediately spoke to person in charge and employee. Employee changed gloves and washed hands. No visible contamination in rice observed. Person in charge had rice reheat to above 165F. Corrective Action Taken

High Priority - Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed raw chicken above cut ready to eat pineapple in reach in cooler on cook line. Person in charge moved raw chicken onto bottom shelf. Corrected On-Site Repeat Violation Admin Complaint

Observed hand washing station on cook line blocked by utensils and food containers. Observed soap and hand washing station blocked by hanging utensils on back wall. Person in charge unblocked all hand washing stations. Corrected On-Site
