THE STAND

Basic - Building components, attachments or fixtures in poor repair. Upon routine inspection, observed walls trimming dislocated from ceiling in right corner of office.

Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tile shows damage or is in disrepair. Ceiling in kitchen left side of point of sale descending due to the deterioration of office floor.

Basic - Floor not cleaned when the least amount of food is exposed. Underneath equipment in kitchen.

Basic - Floor tiles missing and/or in disrepair. Hole on floor at entrance of bathroom due to dry rot of wood.

Basic - Hole in or other damage to wall. Cracks along interior and exterior of wall throughout the building.

Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Stored knife inside hand washing station.
