Tongs in reach in freezer stored with handle in contact with frozen jalapeño poppers and another with handle in contact with frozen chicken strips. Manager removed tongs and placed them in their own container. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Ice buildup on floor of walk in freezer.

Basic - No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. No hand wash sign at hand wash sink closest to walk in cooler.
