Basic - Floor not cleaned when the least amount of food is exposed. Upon inspection observed floor soiled with accumulation of food debris under cooking equipment throughout kitchen. Repeat Violation

Basic - Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Upon inspection observed moisture between stacked pans on drying racks.

Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Upon inspection observed multiple air conditioner vents soiled with dust in main line. Repeat Violation

Upon inspection observed multiple air conditioner vents soiled with dust and rusted in the back of the kitchen. Repeat Violation

Basic - Unsealed concrete floor in food preparation, food storage, warewashing area or bathroom. Upon inspection observed concrete exposed in multiple areas in the kitchen.

Basic - Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust. Upon inspection observed wall soiled with mold like substance in mop area in the back of kitchen.
