Basic - In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. On back counter of front line next to bread oven, soup ladle in metal pan of standing water temped at 80F. Manager moved pan into empty spot in warmer to keep water at or above 135F. Corrective Action Taken
