High Priority - Nonfood-grade bags used in direct contact with food. In stand up reach in cooler, fresh basil stored in plastic to go bags. Also, in bottom of flip top reach in cooler, raw Philly beef stored in plastic to go bags.

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In top section of flip top pizza cooler, sliced ham (46F - Cold Holding); sausage crumbles (45F - Cold Holding). Employee stated lid has been open during lunch rush making pizzas. Employee shut lid to bring temperature down. Corrective Action Taken

High Priority - Wiping cloth sanitizer solution exceeds the maximum concentration allowed. Sanitizer Bucket (Quaternary 500+ppm). Employee added more water to sanitizer bucket and rechecked at 400ppm. Corrected On-Site
