Basic - Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed clear plastic containers stacked on top of each other with visible signs of moisture and unable to air dry stored across from dish machine. Repeat Violation

Basic - Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Observed food debris build up in interior of hot holding unit on front line.

Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed mold like substance build up on gasket of walk-in cooler door. Repeat Violation

Basic - Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust. Observed mold like substance build up on wall behind three compartment sink.
