Observed cooked chicken wings at temperatures of 45-52F on wire rack near standing reach in freezer. Observed cooked burger patties at temperatures of 113-117F in steam table on side prep station. Person in charge stated burgers were cooked 2 hours prior and placed in steamer unit.
