At cook line in bottom section of reach-in cooler across from fry station, tuna (47-50F - Cold Holding); cut lettuce (47F - Cold Holding); wings (49F - Cold Holding). Ambient temperature 49f. Manager stated items placed in cooler 1 hour prior. At cook line in bottom section of reach-in cooler, spinach dip (55-57F - Cold Holding). Manager stated items placed in cooler 1.5 hours earlier.
