High Priority - Employee handled soiled equipment or utensils and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed employee engaging in food preparation proceeded to scrap food debris off cutting board and while throwing in trash can touched liner with gloved hand and proceed to touch food and equipment. Inspector intervened and spoke to employee while another employee explained to him about removing gloves and washing hands. Employee removed gloves and washed hands. Corrected On-Site
