Intermediate - Handwash sink missing in warewashing or food preparation area. Observed ice scooping and drink garnishing area set up to right side of bar front, no easy access to handwash sink due to walls in path to inside of bar.

Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed bar handwash sink partially obstructed with bus tub of dishes on floor in front of sink. Discussed with operator necessity of full access to sink in busy bar area to ensure proper handwashing.

Basic - Soiled dry wiping cloth in use. Observed employee begin to use soiled wiping cloth on handles of reach-in cooler, spoke with employee who replaced cloth before returning to work.

Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed ice in the hand wash sink by the door into the restaurant.

Basic - No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. No hand wash sign at the Hand wash sink by the dish machine.

Intermediate - Food-contact surface soda gun soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime.

Basic - Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris under equipment under bar areas. Repeat Violation
