Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed their dish machine at 0ppm chlorine. Operator attempted to call ecolab and started to sanitize in their 200ppm quaternary triple sink. Corrective Action Taken Warning
