Basic - Food stored on floor. There are three bags of ice stored on the floor in the walk in cooler. Per the operator the ice us used in smoothies.

Basic - Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. There is a wet mop stored with the mop head on the floor in front of the mop sink.

Basic - Ice scoop handle in contact with ice. In the reach in freezer at the front counter there is a container of ice with the ice scoop handle in contact with the ice. Operator removed the ice scoop. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Objectionable odors in bathroom or other areas of the establishment. There is a objectionable odor by the hand washing sink and reach in cooler at the front counter.
