Basic - Food not stored at least 6 inches off of the floor. Observed oranges and beverages not stored 6 inches off of the floor.

Intermediate - Water with a temperature of least 85 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Observed water at Hand wash sink at 77F, operator is working on replacing a battery. Corrective Action Taken

Use of cooking equipment producing grease laden vapors/smoke with no hood suppression system installed. Notified Fire AHJ. For reporting purposes only.
