Observed employee working during the inspection were not aware of the food borne illnesses.

Intermediate - Paper towel dispenser at handwash sink not working/unable to dispense paper towels. Observed paper towel dispenser by the 3 compartment sink unable to dispense paper towels.

Basic - Employee eating in a food preparation or other restricted area. Observed employee beverage on the right side of the sandwich make table.

Basic - Employee with no beard guard/restraint while engaging in food preparation. Observed employee handling food products with out wearing beard guards.
