Observed roast beef (48F - Cold Holding); chicken (55F/57F - Cold Holding); cold cuts (54F - Cold Holding); stuffing (46F - Cold Holding); tuna (46F - Cold Holding); ham (44F - Cold Holding); turkey (47F - Cold Holding); cheese (48F/47F - Cold Holding); beef (55F - Cold Holding); cut tomato (48F - Cold Holding); cut lettuce (45F - Cold Holding)in both front counter cold holding units.
