In walk-in freezer, plastic bag of raw pork on top of commercially sealed fish. Employee moved bag of raw pork to shelf with other pork. Also, in walk-in freezer open bag of breaded raw shrimp on bag of open spring rolls. Employee moved shrimp to shelf with other fish. Corrected On-Site

On top of reach in cooler at end of cook line in white plastic bowl, tso chicken (60F - Cold Holding). Employee stated it has been out for approximately 2 hours while busy.
