Intermediate - Written procedures for time/temperature controlled for safety foods are incomplete. Shredded cheese on make line are not on the written procedures, manager corrected during inspection. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Food-contact surfaces sanitized with a quaternary ammonium solution not exposed to the sanitizer solution for at least 30 seconds. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized. Manager wash, rinsed, then quickly rinsed plastic container with quaternary ammonium sanitizer for only several seconds.

Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. In outside bun walk in freezer under condenser.

Basic - Self-closing metering faucet does not provide water for at least 15 seconds. Hand wash station next to front counter. Main hand wash station in men's and women's bathroom.
