High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. raw beef patties (46°F - Cold Holding); corn beef hash (44°F - Cold Holding) in reach in cooler on cook line across from stove, per manager door has been constantly opened for one hour, both items placed in walk in freezer, raw beef patties retemped at 43°F, corn beef hash retemped at 40°F. individual butter (67°F - Cold Holding) sitting out on tables in dining room, per manager they wher placed on tables one hour ago, butter moved to reach in cooler.
