Basic - Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. Observed coffee filters not inverted or protected next to ice tea brewing area at ice machine. Observed employee cover filters. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed 000ppm chlorine. Operator set up three compartment sink quaternary 200 ppm. Stop use of ware washing machine until machine is looked at. Corrective Action Taken

High Priority - Employee touched soiled surface and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed several team members placing masks above noses and proceed with food preparation. Operator had team members to wash hands . Corrective Action Taken

Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed two ice chute at the self serve with mold like substance. Operator took the ice chutes off. The operator cleaned the cleaned and sanitized the ice chutes. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Bulk milk dispenser with dispensing tube not cut at an angle. Operator cut the milk tube at an angle. Corrective Action Taken
