(1) Observed cooked chicken (45-49°F); shredded cheese (45-49F); pasta (45-49F); raw fish (45-49F); griot (45-49°F) in walk in cooler. Per operator items have been in walk in cooler overnight. Advised operator to refrain from using cooler until such time and all TCS foods are at 41F or below. See stop sale.
