Operator opened up unit and removed flying insects or eradicated them. Establishment is not open at time of inspection. Corrected On-Site

Observed quaternary ammonium used as sanitizer, operator has chlorine test strips only. Operator needs to order quaternary ammonium test strips for use with sanitizer.
