In flip top cooler , Mango Salsa (49 F - Cold Holding), per operator, foods not prepped or portioned today, food prepared 3 days ago , and held in walk in cooler, and moved to flip top cooler , and held for approximately 1 hour. Advised manager to place food back to walk in cooler, food was moved back to walk in cooler. Corrective Action Taken
