Observed mainline make table - macaroni salad (45°F - Cold Holding); coleslaw (45°F - Cold Holding); tomatoes (45°F - Cold Holding); bleu cheese (47°F - Cold Holding); Hamburger (47°F - Cold Holding); above 41°F. Per operator items were stored in the cooler this morning at 11. Operator removed items and stored in freezer to rapidly cool. Corrective Action Taken Warning - From follow-up inspection 2021-08-18: High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed tomatoes 47°F, garlic with oil47°F,egg rolls 47°F, bleu cheese crumbles 48°F, raw chicken breast 49°F, beer batter 45°F, provolone cheese 48°F.
