Observed employee using a pen in dining area than return to front counter put on gloves and engaged in food preparation without washing hands.

High Priority - Raw animal food stored over or with unwashed produce. Raw shell eggs stored over unwashed peppers in walk-in cooler.

High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed spray bottle of window cleaner stored next to boxes of individual package potato chips.

Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Plastic Pepsi soda bottles in hand washing sink opposite three compartment sink.

Intermediate - No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Opposite three compartment sink.

Intermediate - No probe thermometer provided to measure temperature of food products. Could not locate

Intermediate - Spray bottle containing toxic window cleaner substance not labeled.

Basic - Food stored on floor. Multiple food boxes stored on floor in walk-in freezer freezer. Observed plastic container of pickle chips stored on walk-in cooler floor.
