Basic - Floor not cleaned when the least amount of food is exposed.

Basic - Food stored on floor. Observed cases of plastic water bottles stored directly on the floor.

Basic - Storage of maintenance equipment/tools in areas that may result in cross contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens and/or single-service and single-use articles. Observed numerous tools stored inappropriately throughout the restaurant.

Basic - Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry.
