High Priority - Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed in the walk-in cooler, shell eggs stored above fully cooked deli franks. Operator rearranged for proper storage. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed in the Flip top cooler; butter (46°F - Cold Holding); feta cheese (47°F - Cold Holding). Per the operator the items were in the cooler overnight. Operator lowered the temperature setting in the cooler and voluntarily discarded the product. Corrective Action Taken
