High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. In the steam table, boba pearls (102-120F - Hot Holding). The pearls were produced less than 3 hours ago. The pearls were replaced with fresh pearls at 170F in place of reheating current pearls. Corrective Action Taken
