Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. -Observed hand wash sink used as dump sink, ice cubes in sink.

Basic - Reach-in cooler interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. -Observed lowboy reach in cooler shelving soiled with food debris in kitchen. Corrective Action Taken

Basic - Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. -Observed wet cloth stored on cutting board in kitchen.

High Priority - Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. -Observed raw shell eggs stored over cheese in true refrigerator. Operator relocate eggs to bottom shelf. Corrected On-Site
