High Priority - - From initial inspection : High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. -Observed ham and meatballs cold held at 45F in flip top cooler. Per operator, both items transfer to unit 30 minutes prior to the inspection. Operator removed both items to freezer for quick chill. Corrective Action Taken Repeat Violation Admin Complaint - From follow-up inspection 2026-04-28: At the time of callback inspection, observed ham cold held at 49F and meatballs at 45F. Per operator, pith items placed in unit 3.5 hours prior to the inspection. Operator placed ice packs on both items for quick chill. Admin Complaint
