Operator indicated that waste water was backing up throughout establishment's floor drains. Operator is in the process of cleaning waste water at this time. Operator is currently open and serving to go only. Operator called her district manager after inspection started, manager said that they will close until waste water is clean up. There is approximately .5 inches of waste water in the back of the restaurant. Asked operator to turn all faucets on to observed that there was no water backing up. No water backing up at this time.
