Basic - In-use utensil not stored with handle above the top of time/temperature control for safety food and rim of the container. Observed tongs in bowl of salad dressing without handle up. Manager took out tongs and replaced bowl. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed chemicals for dish machine stored next to bag in box sodas in storeroom. Manager removed. Corrected On-Site

Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed ice dumped in hand wash sink in server area.

Basic - Silverware/utensils stored upright with the food-contact surface up. Observed forks and spoons on expo line not stored with handle side up.
