High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Boiled eggs 61F on self serve counter. Per employee eggs out approximately 2 hours. Discussed time as a public health control with employee and provided template for written plan. Employee states eggs will be discarded after breakfast.
