High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Several time/temperature control items over 41F in sandwich maketable: sliced tomatoes 50F, diced tomatoes 47F, sliced turkey 44F, shredded lettuce 48F, shredded cheese 48F. Per operator, items in maketable for at least 3 hours. Items were moved to walk in freezer at the time of inspection for rapid cooling. Corrective Action Taken Warning
