High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Inside reach-in cooler at front counter: butter packets (51F - Cold Holding). Employee at front counter stated she removed the butter packets from the walk-in cooler and placed them inside the cooler approximately one hour prior. Manager moved the butter packets to the freezer to cool to 41F. Corrective Action Taken
