The test is scheduled for next month.

Basic - Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. Observed: single serve plates stored on the back hallway shelves, contact side up. These were placed into a bag. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. Observed: a wet cloth on the food expo line, not kept in solution, used to wipe the sandwich cutting knife. Repeat Violation
